If your light does not function due to LED failure we will replace your product at no cost except shipping, subject to availability.

Cool-View one year warranty on components and batteries

Cool-View warrants that the light is guaranteed against all defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of sale from the original purchaser. Cool-View will repair or replace, free of charge all components that have been found to be defective except for reasons caused by neglect, misuse, damage caused by shipment or normal wear. Batteries that have been charged more than 300 times in a year become exempt from this warranty.

THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

COOL-VIEW’S OBLIGATION UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS CONTAINING A DEFECT.

COOL-VIEW IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A PRODUCT DEFECT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.
